You can cancel your trial or membership at any time by contacting us before your next scheduled lesson or billing date. If you're not satisfied with your first trial lesson, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund. Missed lessons without at least 12 hours' notice may not be eligible for a make-up session or refund.
